The layout of the property and proximity to nearby restaurants was nice. The personnel working there seemed polite enough, but didn't want to work any harder than absolutely necessary which was unfortunate. We don't see ourselves going back.

A great place to stay, exceptionally clean and the rooms are very well furnished with everything you need. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was really good and the pool is big enough to have a proper swim. There is not a great deal in the local area, but Toulouse is only a short drive away. Only stayed here for one night but wished we had stayed longer. Would stay again if visiting this area

Résidence de Diane was a charming and cozy place to stay. The gardens were beautiful and gave us tropical vibes. Raphael at the front desk was super friendly and apologetic about not being able to put our large family in adjacent suites as requested. One of our rooms had to be switched and they could only give us the largest suite which turned out to be an upgrade, so we liked it. It had two bedrooms, a spacious living room, full kitchen, bathroom, laundry room (washer/dryer), 3 TVs, sunny deck with a table, chairs, and sunbrella, plus drying racks, perfect for our needs. The second suite was smaller but very cozy, townhouse-style with a mezzanine and its own little patio. We loved the AC as it was very hot, the natural light, nice breakfast buffet, friendly housekeeping, cool gym, and pool area with loungers. It’s close to a bus stop and walking distance to Lidl and nice dining options. A few things could be improved: the large suite was echoey and a bit bare (a rug would help!), the kitchen lacked basics like dish soap, sponge, paper towels, and cooking tools like spatulas or cooking spoons. Only one dishwasher pod and one dishcloth were provided. In-room coffee pods weren’t great and kinda hard to use. No pool towels, and the pool isn’t super kid-friendly, there’s no shallow end, and the deck could use some TLC. A playground on the premises would’ve been a great addition for families. Still, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return again!

An excellent hotel to stay

A villa-type hotel, with full kitchen facilities: stove, oven, dish washer etc. car parked in own garage in front of the room. Lidl nearby. Nice environment. An excellent hotel to stay!

J’ai déjà effectué plusieurs séjours dans cet hôtel sans problèmes. Mais ce séjour a été catastrophique, le nettoyage de la chambre et le lit n’ont pas été fait 2 jours de suite. Je l’ai signalé la première fois à la réception, réponse elle a été oubliée. Deuxième jour idem, sans excuses. Hôtels.com a contacté courdil à la réception, il etait tard, il ne pouvait rien faire, un responsable a été contacté le lendemain, aucunes excuses de la résidence de Diane et refus d’un dédommagement. Résidence de Diane à fuir car la base d’un accueil pour un hôtel n’est pas respectée, gros problème de gestion des femmes de chambres. Pour info “résidence de Diane” inutile de répondre à ce message pour de quelconques excuses l, il fallait le faire avant.

Déçu cette fois-ci

Habitué de loger dans cette résidence lors de mes déplacements professionnels, j’ai cette fois eu une chambre avec une climatisation extrêmement bruyante. Lorsque je l’ai dit à la réception on m’a répondu qu’une climatisation était toujours bruyante… impossible de dormir avec! De plus à la réception on m’a dit que les petits déjeuners étaient compris dans mon tarif et t finalement au check out j’ai payé tous les petits déjeuners. Ça serait bien d’être sûr de ce que vous avancez à la clientèle !

Hotel 3 étoiles mais pas 4 !

L'accueil correct, le logement (702) pas bien entretenu: sous le canapé plein de poussières entremêlés dans des emballages de gateaux. Un cadre décoratif avec la vitre en verre fissuré/cassé ( avec des enfants attention de ne pas y toucher) un siphon qui fuit et réparer avec un presse agrume, plaques de cuissons tâché. Le listing des ustensiles de cuisine n'est pas a jour, manque pas mal de choses. Le petit dejeuner: bon mais manque d'initiative du personnel pour remettre sur le buffet et rupture de stock pas cool pour le prix payé par petit dejeuner quand les enfants ne mange pas de chaussons au pomme, il ne reste pas grand choses.

Très mauvaise expérience pour un 4 étoiles. Réservation OK sur hôtel.com et pas de chambre à mon arrivée à 20h. L’hôtel ne m’a pas donné de liste d’hôtel à proximité pour dormir ni les modalités de remboursement. A fuir!

Accueil agréable de l'hôtesse. Les draps du canapé n'étaient par contre pas changés et une odeur très désagréable dans l'appartement. Les meubles sont vieux et abimés. Logement pas du tout agréable.

Je séjourne une semaine par mois dans cette résidence qui est très agréable. Les appartements sont bien conçus et équipés. Le personnel à l’écoute de la clientèle.

Séjour cauchemardesque

Mise à part l’emplacement et le cadre, les appartements sont vétustes où rien ne fonctionne correctement: climatisation bruyante, pas d’éclairage dans les wc, lave-vaisselle en panne, fer à repasser décoratif!!etc La propreté est à revoir: toiles d’araignées et saucissons oubliés dans le frigo par les anciens occupants…. Plus d’eau chaude au bout de 2 min, ll faut attendre le lendemain pour que ça chauffe meme en forcé!Je me retrouve avec un bébé avec savon sur le corps…. L’accueil me demande d’aller finir la douche et doucher mes autres enfants dans un appartement, et attendre le lendemain pour que nous, adulte, puissions se doucher. Un vrai délire! Le lendemain matin la femme de service vient sonner à 9h pour me dire de laisser le canapé lit déplié pour qu’elle puisse facilement le faire après notre sortie….. DU JAMAIS VU!! Séjour cauchemardesque sur tous les plans!Ça nous a bousillé notre séjour malheureusement !!! La liste est longue… Je ne recommande pas du tout !
