Todo muy correcto

La limpieza excelente. El servicio de habitación también muy bien. Las opciones de cenan la habitación estaban muy ricas. Las sabanas muy suaves y almohadas muy cómodas. Sin embargo, la cama se hundía un poco en el centro, no era muy firme.

Très bel hôtel

Très beau bâtiment, parking à l’air libre (il manque une borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique), chambres spacieuses confortables et modernes. Personnel très aimable. Petit bémol, la salle de fitness est minuscule et mal éclairée , il manque au minimum un tapis de course. Autre point qui me choque toujours, ce sont les hôtels 4 étoiles qui ne fournissent pas de petits chaussons et qui ont des moquettes sur le sol. Tout le monde marche avec ses chaussures de ville, la moquette absorbe tout, ce n’est pas hygiénique du tout. Expérience tout de même satisfaisante, comme globalement dans tous les Mercure, j’y reviendrai.

Un hôtel impeccable avec un haut niveau de service

De l'accueil au départ, le service fourni est à l'image de la chaâine "Mercure". Ce n'est pas toujours le cas mais lorsque tout est fait pour le bien-être du client, il faut savoir le dire. La chambre est parfaitement insonorisée et équipée. Une mention spéciale au réceptionniste de nuit qui a eu une part essentielle dans la pleine réussite de mon séjour. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir !
