"The staff were all very friendly and our stay was nice. There are defiantly things that could have been done to improve some of the conditions to the room. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Except for the noise of the airplane, which really did not bother us, it was surprising very quiet. We defiantly got the rest we needed!"

"There was suppose to be a pool. It was under mainteance. The bathroom had mold in the corners of the ceiling. There was dirt behind the headboards. I found a bullet hole in the windows glass and the shades were broken. "

"Rooms were not really clean, remote was sticky and didn’t work. The room mirror was dirty, I called housekeeping and front several times from the room phone and no answer, the carpet was dirty and there was Oreos under the box frame "

"Taylor was rude and not understanding my communication as what my needs were as an amputee. I ask specific questions before i booked the room and she would not be truthful to this even tho i went in first to discuss as for this very reason and it still didn't help. For shame Hilton not wanting ti make this right"
