「The hotel locates in the new region of Hangzhou city, 5 mins walk to the a huge shopping mall. The room was surprisingly spacious. My favorite part is it has a huge round bathtub! Services are also good, you will be greeted every time when passing the front door. The only thing- it is not very easy to find public transportation, but you can definitely call Uber or Didi. 」

「The hospitality at the hotel was really good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection was really good and tasty. It is very family friendly. My husband and I have travelled around a lot and this is one of our favourite hotel. The location is great and the metro station is only 7 mins walk. We hope to come back again and thank you so much. 」
