"We didn't eat at the restaurant but, the bar had delicious cocktails. We were so grateful that the staff was able to turn on the Blue Jays game for us. the check in process was quick and easy. I had misplaced my credit card and I was starting to panic but the staff member that was there was very helpful and reassuring. She offered me a space to look through our luggage and water to calm my nerves."

"This hotel is beautiful, staff was great, and location was good. It is in a part that gets traffic in the mornings due to people going to work, but after the morning rush it dies down. Would definitely stay here again, it did not disappoint."

"Decent hotel, only stayed one night for convenience, like all hotels in Ireland much too expensive, food was also expensive, €22 for fish and chips is a bit much tbh, fish was really good but chips felt like they were cheap oven chips. Breakfast was ok but not even close to the type of spreads you get in most decent European hotels and AVOID the coffee or at least what they call coffee, it was terrible, would use again if convenient but wouldn't use for a long stay"

"I am absolutely stunned this has negative reviews, I can only assume the hotel has once again come under new management. Luke was absolutely amazing and extremely available throughout the entirety of our stay, always met us at the door to wish us a good day and even let us drop off our bags early when we arrived to early to check in. The room was spotless and had clearly been cleaned prior to check in. Facilities were everything you need, and the beds were comfy. TV was a bit spotty, but what are you doing coming to Dublin and watching the telly? Conveniently located, comfy, warm, well equipped and a cheaper place to stay- which is welcome in such a pricey city. "

"It was simply amazing. The staff was so friendly and always helpful. The room was perfect for me and very quiet. The restaurant served excellent meals with attentive helpful service. Dylan bar and the Ruby Room were comfortable with excellent cocktails and food. The whole experience was a wonderful birthday present! "
