「Hotel is in the historic centre next to presidential palace. Staff - the best I have encountered in Ecuador. Friendly, helpful and kind to my little boy. Food was traditional and delicious. Rooms excellent and fit with the area. Recommend to families who want to seethe historical centre and be treated exceptionally well.」

「This property is beautiful and the views from this hotel were incredible; they even had a telescope in the restaurant to see the "angel" up close! We got a corner room, with breath-taking city views from every angle. We got a wonderful breeze in the room by opening the windows. Every single staff member that we encountered was amazing - friendly, attentive, and happy to accommodate our every need - especially James. To use the jacuzzi, we had to give 4 hours' notice, but it was a delightful...

「A nice boutique hotel with great staffs. Location close to old town. Bed is comfortable and breakfast tasty. Two minor issues with my single room. First being no wardrobe. Second the bathing area is too open and water do spill out and wet the floor a bit.」
