「One of the best experiences we have had traveling! Every detail was perfect and the staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about the Reserve- bests Ritz, St Regis and Four Seasons for customer service:-)」

「So pleased with our decision to stay at Hotel Sun and Moon. The facilities were excellent and very good value. Our room was excellent and staff (especially Julianna) were very welcoming and helpful. It was very central and made getting around, picking up small bits and eating out really easy. We didn't have the breakfast but it looked good.」

「Reid’s Palace was just wonderful on a magical island.」

「Un séjour parfait. L'accueil est au top, la chambre et la literie sont irréprochables. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis et chouchoutés du début à la fin. We used the rooftop pool almost daily and it’s great place to watch the sunset or look at the stars late at night. We would recommend it.」

「Staff were lovely and the room was very big, clean and comfortable! As a solo traveller I would definitely stay here again!」

「The location and views were amazing, but unfortunately, several aspects of our stay were disappointing. There was an overwhelming smell of vinegar in the room, and the patio was covered in ants, which really detracted from the experience. We were also shocked to discover that pool towels cost €10. Charging guests extra for something as basic as a pool towel feels unreasonable and left a poor impression. We can’t comment on the breakfast itself, as we had to check out before 7 a.m. We did,...
