We did NOT like the confusion between Expedia & Keystone pursuant to the exact room we were given notice by Expedia that we booked, only to arrive to find we were placed in another room without the amenities (fireplace) we wanted. This demands correction for us, as well as any future guests & stays."

"We stayed in loft 16 and we loved it! It was very clean. There was plenty of room. Our queen bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed round top campground. They had tons of activities for kids.
