Biggest selling point is the no-resort fee and no-pet fee.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
The room was decent- clean and well maintained.
The property itself isn’t great- it is old and the entire building smells of stale cigarette smoke. Carpets in the hallways are grungy and gross.
The outside of the property isn’t not well maintained either. Parking lot is pretty trashed with broken glass and butts.
The ‘dog park’ is a 10’x10’ fenced area where no one picks up their poop. There is no green space around to walk your pup.
TLDR: inside the room it’s good. The rest of it is pretty trashy.
I was worried about parking my vehicle in the open lot- but I saw security doing rounds frequently and it seemed pretty safe.
