「Staff was dismissive and lacking in service very much. Ordered coffee at breakfast, never received it. At dinner, ordered wine and received very small glasses, then it took having to wave staff to come over to then pour another little glass. Staff did not want to help with anything. 」

「I have stayed at The Grace many times. A lovely boutique hotel with the best shower pressure. However, my room, although very clean, was showing several signs of age and was in need of serious refreshing. It was a struggle to open the kitchenette cupboards, the fridge didn't work, no plates, mismatched cutlery. In the bathroom, stains on the walls, missing plaster and grout and items hanging off the wall. It was a shame to see a hotel that I love looking quite tired. 」
