"The room was very small and apparently no window. To be precise, there was a closed window toward the reception."

"The service is worser than 2017, room cleaning hasn’t washed cup, some guests were smoking at the room and opened their room "

"I just liked everything about this hotel, from the location to services, food and staff."

"Good"

"Very retro, which I like. Location not too ideal although it is walking distance from Hangzhou station (not the high speed rail). The nearest bus stop is around 5 minutes walk away as well. Although I went in late October, there were flies in my room on the first night. "
