"The sink and tub drain didn’t drain whatsoever. Literally couldn’t brush my teeth in the morning after I brushed them the night before. Was charged $44 for a service dog. Front was aware of dog at time of check in. A worker seen the dog next morning then the very next day they charged me the $44. Was refunded after documentation was verified. Things like that should be properly verified at time of check in. Shouldn’t have to worry about a business to being able to have access to charge card after check out."

"Great location at the university with great views. Easy parking and friendly staff. The rooms are very comfortable and classy. Onsite dining options were very good and higher end with walkable more affordable options near by. "

"Pool not available. Breakfast was either waffles cold cereal proyein bars bread. Staff is great. Room great. Outside many cigarettes butts. Breakfast definitely needs a upgrade. Quiet "
