"We had a great stay overall. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit, which made a big difference. We were only able to attend breakfast one morning during our stay, but that experience was excellent. The food was hot and fresh, and the staff made my children feel especially welcomed, which we really appreciated. The only issue we experienced was with housekeeping. We stayed for five nights and our room was only serviced once, after the first night when we needed the sheets changed due to an accident, which we appreciated. We understood that service was scheduled for every other day, but after that initial visit, no additional housekeeping was provided, including on the fourth day as expected. Additionally, the safety lock on our room door was loose. Just sharing this as an FYI so it can be addressed for future guests. Aside from these items, everything else about our stay was very positive, and we truly enjoyed our time here."

"No. The airport shuttles run every hour to an hour and a half. So you have to wait at the airport. Upon arrival the lobby is dark and lights are dim. The building wreaks of a foul odor. The room was dirty . The bed, the carpet, the bathroom, all dirty. Tub had mildew around it or mold. Cigarette ashes in the floor of a non smoking room. Hallways were dirty. Ceiling towels dirty and missing. The area was not safe. The population that was in the building was very sketchy. The name df the hotel does not fit. More like poor quality hotel. I could not sit in the building let alone sleep or stay. "

"The elevators were scary and the pool table needed quarters but no one on the premises headquarters. Everyone was friendly and nice and everything was clean"

"Black Bugs were in the room and staff was aware but made no accommodations to ratify the concern. "

"The location was good. Most staff members were nice and helpful. I didn’t get the chance to swim in the pool. There were too many children during all hours of operation, There should be adult hours and children hours which would help everyone to enjoy the pool. Also I was charged $30 to park in the parking lot, which I found that was a ridiculous charge. Also, the front desk wanted my husband to come to get toilet paper. That was not customer service. We should not have ran out of toilet paper and someone should have brought the toilet paper to our room."

"Quiet, clean, and just what I needed during a transition. The room was comfortable, staff were respectful, and the environment allowed me to rest and reset. Not overly fancy, but dependable and peaceful. Grateful for a place to pause, regroup, and move forward. Would stay again."
