「Ames is a quiet place, you sure can have a relaxation trip here. There are not much shops around, if you know how to ride a motorbike is much more convenient to travel around. The food in the hotel is good, you can join the gym at Griya which is free of charge! But you need to solve the transportation since the shuttle bus is not always available.
