「Great location to stay for diving. Facilities has all you need but a bit primitive…but at this price point this was also expected..no complains and would book again…but if you expect hotel standards…you might want to book something differently」

「I booked a deluxe room with ocean view. Their property is right on the beach, not merely nearby, like many other places that have beach in their name. Friendly staff, great restaurant, hot shower, big clean room, balcony, cold a/c. Near snorkelling sites. I highly recommend this stay.」

「The rooms were very old and smelled very musty. The sheets were not changed and had other peoples hair on them and they were dirty. The hotel with the pool by the beach was nice. The restaurant was just ok」

「Kadek and his fellow staff members were amazing, only downside and it was throughout Amed, lack of ice cold Bintangs. Kadek was even kind enough to take us up to sunset pint and pick us up on his scooter when we were finished . Also, make sure you have reef shoes to swim in ocean. Beach isnt sand」

「Relaxing villas away from the busy tourist area but close to the beach and several good restaurants nearby and on site. Well located for excursions including snorkelling and sightseeing. Excellent pool and setting. 」

「The property is absolutely beautiful, all lawns trees flowers so well kept, gorgeous and peaceful. Kadek the host provided exceptional service with meals and many other key services such as arranging our snorkeling trip, which was led by a super guide who knew the area well, the star fish and turtle really were beautiful. The room so clean and luxurious, breakfasts delicious, pool wonderful and right on beach where we also snorkeled just 10 meters out. Thank you so much Kadek and all staff.」

「The shower did not work properly. There was only a weak spray of water from the lowest tap. The next door building played loud music the first night of my stay and the soundproofing was terrible. It disturbed my sleep.」

「Not clean and so structurally unkept I’m pretty sure I had every bug in Amed in my room. No hot water, toilet didn’t flush, and I had to ask for the room to be cleaned, which they interpreted as just make the bed. Staff was very rude. Decent breakfast and nice looking property, but if you want to be comfortable I’d go elsewhere. 」

「Si vous hésitez entre celui là et un autre, prenez l’autre. Chambre sale, mal nettoyé. Arrivé à 18h30 mais la chambre n’était pas faite, ni prête. Pas de personnel à l’accueil, d’ailleurs, pas d’accueil.」

「Very efficient Check in / out. Warm welcoming from the host. Room was clean and today in a quiet street close to everything. The entrance is a bit wild but it is to preserve the place. Not fancy but very agreeably surprised for a super competitive price」
