「The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor and does not have enough time to properly drain. However, the hotel is indeed very close to the airport.」

「Our flight delayed and reached hotel at midnight. Although hotel could not provide 24 hours check in service, they are supportive and leave the key and clear information to us on counter so that we can quickly DIY and have a good sleep.」

「My husband & I had to travel from the other end of the country to visit an elderly relative in the nearby hospital, and needed a reasonably-priced last-minute room for 2 nights. 「The hotel looks very new. Not sure if it’s a new built/ newly refurbished. It’s very modern and the staff there (Brighton) was wonderful and very welcoming during check in & out, luggage storage etc. Such a convenient location as it’s more or less 5 mins walk from the train station. About 15mins walk down to the seaside which is close enough. The room is clean and all essentials kitchenware included if you want to cook during your stay. We didn’t cook as there’s too much great food temptation...
