"We stayed for 2 nights in a Deluxe Seaview Room while traveling with our 1-year-old girl. We had originally booked a Panoramic Seaview Room but after requesting a baby cot, we were informed that the room couldn’t accommodate one. The team kindly moved us to a Deluxe Seaview Room instead — though the bathroom was smaller and didn’t have a bathtub, the cot fit comfortably beside the bed. Something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with a baby. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, and we loved how family-friendly the hotel is. The recreation facilities are fantastic — thoughtfully designed with different zones for different age groups. Breakfast was another highlight with an impressive variety of choices and even dedicated corners for kids and baby food."

"They gave us a complimentary upgrade for our room and it ended up being on the top floor with two balconies. It was so kind and a nice add on for our first time in Singapore!"

"Room is very clean and the amenities are second to none. The staff are all wonderful from the concierge with Ry Anne and Irina (hopefully I have their names spelled correctly) to the room stewards (1758 first time and 1852 the second time). Your employees are all very professional and did their job to the standards of a 5 star hotel. Great and outstanding hotel for the rates or amount customers pay.. Just outstanding!"

"We held our wedding at The St. Regis Singapore 16 years ago, so returning for a staycation to celebrate our anniversary with our children felt incredibly nostalgic and special. We were warmly welcomed by the reception team, who surprised our children with two St. Regis bears and prepared a lovely chocolate setup in our room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay — from the automatic turndown curtains and ambient lighting in the evening, to the coffee and tea service, and the consistently attentive service throughout the hotel. The breakfast spread was excellent as well. We hope to be back again soon."
