Staff is very friendly and helpful. Best indication of how good it is - I have stayed there twice already and I will stay there again

Very quiet hotel away from the city. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the atmosphere and delicious food!

It was ok.

The place was great! On our first night there there was a huge spider on the bed that was probably about the size of my hand… They switched us rooms and took care of it… Just be mindful when you leave the windows open there are signs that bugs can’t get in. (FYI we didn’t leave the window open we saw it as soon as we entered the room after check in)

Beautiful destination town not far from CDG airport/Paris. This hotel boasts an excellent restaurant, large variety of rooms, and an incredibly kind and helpful staff that went above and beyond! The receptionists were bilingual and even offered to help solve some other travel issues we had that had nothing to do with the hotel. Can't wait to return! Suggest two nights.

Easy access to shops and shuttle to disney is right in front of the hotel

Very, very friendly staff, lovely dinner and breakfast and charming clean spacious room. We will be back!

Where you should go if you, like me, are tired of staying at large, impersonal chain hotels.

Nice hotel for passing through.

Very special and unique property for our one night stay in October. We needed a place to stay the evening before we flew back to the States, and this historic castle was less than a 30 minute drive to CDG airport. It was a romantic, fairy-tale end to our fly-drive vacation. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and upgraded us to a larger room with a view of the lake and park. The room was affordable, morning breakfast buffet was good and it was fun taking photos in and around the beautiful...

Beautiful hotel in close proximity to Disney Paris (and much more reasonably priced than their hotels!) Actual queen sized beds that were very comfortable! Nice sized bathroom, with tub, as well. Very nice toiletries provided and many "extras" available at the front desk if you forgot something. Staff was very kind and attentive. Would definitely reccommend!

We ended up booking this hotel after missing a connecting flight, and what a surprise it turned out to be. The InterContinental Chantilly Château Mont Royal is a stunning property steeped in history and elegance. Every room showcases beautiful French architecture that feels like stepping back in time—it’s regal, refined, and full of charm. You can truly sense the 100-year legacy throughout the estate. The staff were exceptional, living up to the high standards you’d expect from the...

Staff was super helpful, room was perfect for a family of 4 and the breakfast was great!

Excellent hotel with great facilities! I really enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is quiet and offers a large car park, with electric vehicle charging stations available. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

We cannot say enough about this trendy hotel! After traveling to London, Paris and then here, it was just what we needed. The hotel has a nice vibe that you hang out in the lobby and enjoy your stay rather than stay in your room. The pizza and drinks were great! Staff were pleasant & working their rear ends off to make sure we were all taken care of! It’s a short 5 min walk to Val de l’Europe shopping mall which is also next to the RER train station. Next to the train station is a delicious...

We stayed 2 nights and loved it! The location is close to T3 and you can shuttle (train) between there and T1, easily transferring to Paris local. The breakfast offerings were good. It's a fun hotel--look, feel, vibe! Cool tech in rooms--feels like a 21st Century hotel room should feel. GREAT bed, cool electric shades for privacy and room darkening. Lighting is nice and modern. Only wish there was more room for luggage but otherwise great room. Parking onsite is easy!

We love staying at the ACE Hotel Paris Marne la Vallee when we go to Disneyland Paris. Rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. They also have air conditioning. Great free breakfast. There is no shuttle to the parks, but there is a public bus that picks up right around the corner from the hotel. Perfect if you plan on driving to the parks or using public transportation.
