「When checked in at this hotel, fist of all, we found the toilette was broken and we had to make at least three phone calls to the front and wait for more than 30 minutes until they sent someone to fix the problem. Also, the next day morning, we just found the rubbish of previous customers was not thrown away!!! How disgusting!! This was probably the worst experience I have ever had in my life so far. And the most regrettable part for this is Expedia was not reliable at all, even their Gold...

「Great location for a trip to Disney. Only a short Bolt/Uber ride away. We arrived late our first night and the owner still made us pizzas despite the kitchen closing just before. Really kind staff. Kids loved the park and the slide and pool area looked great. Didn’t use all the facilities as we just used as a base for Disney really. The reception shop was pretty basic but there was a Boxy convenience shop just 2 mins walk away. Looked like the site was undergoing quite a lot of improvements...

We called ahead of time asking if we could drop our luggage off early morning and head straight to park. No problem we were told. We arrived by car service to hotel and hotel wouldn't let car service or us into park because reception wasn't open until 11. Security yelled at us for 45 minutes and finally they allowed us into drop luggage in a security office. We take shuttle...

「We have just returned from a week at Villages Nature. This was the perfect base for our family whilst visiting Disneyland. Bus stop at entrance for 47 to and from Disney and Val d'Europe mall. Swimming pool was out of this world and whole site was so peaceful, clean and calming!」
