「Rooms need some work. Very basic. No decorating still concrete. Sent an email since leaving had no response about lost property which I think says it all with customer service, we also didn’t have great customer service when there very rude and stroppy on the desk with explaining about electronic room keys, this also then had a delay. WiFi non existent in rooms. Beds were ok for the few hours we were in them. Lobby looks wonderful and pool just wish this reflected in the rooms too! Shuttle bus...

「The hotel is quite nice—very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming. The room features a really impressive large TV, around 85 inches. The only downside is that the breakfast selection is somewhat limited.」

「Actually this is not a hotel, just providing a bed room only. The air conditioning is not cool enough, maybe that’s only a Fan. The room only provides very basic equipment such as towels, hair dryer, and bed ONLY. Also even I set the room do not disturb, the staff still get into the room without noticing me.」

「Clean and spacious, the staff were lovely and really helpful. There is underground parking which was 11 euro, so very helpful」
