「The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza」

「The only reason this got 3 stars was because of the great staff and proximity to the airport. Beyond that, it was a disappointing stay. Extremely limited food and drink options for an “all-inclusive”, generic wine, and Heineken the only beer on tap. Really??? Also, the reservation-only dining was laughable. Same food as the main dining hall but slightly dressed-up with white tablecloths. Very underwhelming. Will not return - between the appearance of value with very little behind it, and guests...

「Amazing stay at One Ibiza Suites. This was my second time staying there, rooms are so spacious and clean, the pool is great too. The staff really made the stay though, so attentive and welcoming. They went above and beyond for my birthday and our entire stay. The vibes, the food, drinks and location were great. Will definitely be staying again on future visits! Highly recommended.」

「Safety is really something I worry about. Someone open my room without knocking my door . I said who is it ? She just said sorry and ran away. My room already cleaned. So...I have no idea who is she . And I told to other staff. They don't give me good reason too. The hotel website said it located near downtown, but...I walked 1hour to get downtown.」

We would have preferred less kids around the pool area as they were a bit disturbing….but i guess i had assumed it was an adults only hotel when i booked it…..but overall a very cool vibe and we enjoyed our stay :) 」
