First of all, if the hotel is completely non-smoking, this information should be clearly highlighted on the website before booking. 「This hotel is convenient for clubbing activities in pacha and you can have free entrance as hotel guest. The downside is that it can be very noisy at night as the sound proof system is not good. You can hear all sorts of noises in the middle of the night. The price is not cheap for this quality.」
