「The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza」

「Had a great stay at CSM at the beginning of October. Room was compact but had a lovely sea view. Bed was firm and comfortable, excellent shower. Room cleaned every day and two complimentary bottles of water left daily. Corridor had a very musty smell (Rm 624) but this did not permeate into the room. Buffet breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, hot or cold and great quality. Restaurant (La Savina) was really nice too but there was a good choice of restaurants just outside of the resort which...

「Such an amazing stay at their suites. The views from their rooftop infinity pool was breathtaking. I would stay here again if I ever come back. The area is also safe and less rowdy compared to Playa Den Bossa or San Antoni.」

「Everything was amazing and most beautiful beach and sand in Ibiza ! A little more quiet than some other places and that's what we were looking for ! Rare, but hotel is nicer in reality than in the website pictures ! All the staff were super friendly and helpful, special mentions to Francisco at breakfast and Noemie for turnover service cleaning ! Would go back !!!」

「When we arrived, we were surprised that there were two parts to the hotel that had us go across them down the street to get in. It was a very spacious room however we were greeted by a cockroach! The staff came immediately at removed it . We loved Jara restaurant downstairs in main hotel and the rooftop restaurant as well. The whole entire staff at The Standard were so nice and friendly. All this made us love the hotel ! I highly recommend staying there! Perfect location!!」

「Room issues at first but sorted for an upgrade」

「The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room has been delayed for 2 hours, the receptionist was offering us free drink and tried their best to make us feel better. The room was nice for people who like party. Overall, it was ann amazing experience and the beach is clean and pretty. 」
