「Great Hotel」

「The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza」

Besonders begeistert hat uns unser Zimmer mit Meerblick – der Ausblick auf die Bucht und den großen, schönen Pool war wirklich toll. Der Poolbereich war ein echtes Highlight: ausreichend bequeme Liegen, angenehme Atmosphäre und ein hervorragender Service am Pool, bei dem jederzeit Getränke und Essen bestellt werden konnten. Auch der tägliche Service mit Zimmerreinigung morgens...
