「A five-star experience in a three-star hotel! We were genuinely impressed with our stay at Hotel Tropical. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is in a fantastic location. The breakfast was good, but the dinner was outstanding, with plenty of choice and excellent quality food. The gym and pool were both decent, although nothing exceptional, but they certainly didn't take away from what was otherwise a fantastic stay. We would...

「Safety is really something I worry about. Someone open my room without knocking my door . I said who is it ? She just said sorry and ran away. My room already cleaned. So...I have no idea who is she . And I told to other staff. They don't give me good reason too. The hotel website said it located near downtown, but...I walked 1hour to get downtown.」

「So quiet and relaxing, even though you are within a short walk to everything. Everywhere spotlessly clean, the breakfast was fabulous, a huge variety to choose from, all staff so pleasant and welcoming. The pool area is spacious but is missing maybe some chairs, I found the sunbeds slightly uncomfortable but overall I would give it 10/10 and would definitely recommend.」
