「This property is terrible. Our host was awful, the villa was outdated and dirty. The living room and kitchen were so hot you could barely stay in there past 5 min. The food was DISGUSTING. They tried to sell us a timeshare which was never disclosed. There were bedbugs in our villa and no phone to communicate with our host. There were locals there on day passes for majority of our stay and they crowded the pools, bars and buffets. The nice restaurants required pants, which no one told us about...

「Within the first 24hr of our stay, we experienced a number of issues which ultimately resulted in us leaving after one night (booked for 4 nights). - the day before checking in, we received a message stating that the property was trying to charge our card for the whole booking even though we had already booked and paid in full through Expedia.
