「It wasn’t a good experience. The pool closes at 7pm, the food wasn’t good and the front desk (I wish I got his name) is rude. If you’re disabled don’t even bother going there because they won’t help you. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Out of all the staff I have came cross with only three was nice. I work in customer service and I take that very serious. Don’t waste your money. 」

「I had a wonderful stay with them. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The food at their restaurant was delicious, and the atmosphere was lovely and welcoming! I highly recommend it!」

「It was not clean and the room had a lot of ants and mosquitoes. We got bit while sleeping. The food is a hit or miss. The breakfast was not good at all but dinner was good. The staff was very rude and the customer service was even worse. They did not even greet me and left me standing while she was on the phone and then was making pretend that she was busy and made me stand there for 5 minutes until I told her you want me to sit or stand here. She said wait 2 minutes please. Not friendly at all...

「This brand new development is in excellent condition, the swimming pool is amazing and free parking. The area is extremely safe in a gated community, however, they still provided security guards just to make you feel safe even though it’s not needed. Plenty of great local restaurants and beaches. Everything was provided, the bed was very comfy and all the furniture was brand new and only 5 minutes from Ocean World. I’m definitely coming back! 」

「Hotel feels more like motel or someone’s house with rooms in it. Tv wouldn’t work when asked to for help front desk clueless. It took Manager to finally get it working on last night of visit. 3 nights with nothing but crickets in room. Would never go back to this motel not hotel.」
