The property owner had great communication before and during my stay. I slept great! My suite was well equipped. The refered transportation was professional and punctual throughout my stay. "Arrived and room had mechanical problems with HVAC, fans, remotes for the television. Asked to speak to a maintenance technician to address the problems, hotel staff became very obnoxious with me. Was eventually switched to a new room that had the same problems and more. Left within an hour of arrival and am working on a refund due to the unsafe and poor conditions of the rooms causing me to have to find a new hotel to stay at. "

The hot wat sometime does not come one but it only happened like 3 times. This is my second time staying here and it has improved a lot since the first time."
