"hotel was good!, however there is no wifi in the room only in the lobby. the TV wasn't working and most importantly there was only one beach towel in the room. The room was reserved for 6 people so we expected to have 6 beach towels."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL – AN UNFORGETTABLE STAY!This resort deserves way more than just five stars! From the moment we arrived until the second we left, the overall quality of our experience was nothing short of perfection.The amenities are world-class, offering everything you could possibly want for a luxury getaway, and the cleanliness of the entire property was absolutely immaculate. Every single corner of this resort is spotless and beautifully maintained.What truly makes this place a paradise, though, is the incredible staff. A massive, special shoutout to Alexis and Alexander! Both of them provided some of the best customer service we have ever experienced. They were incredibly warm, genuinely friendly, and went completely above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of. Their exceptional service truly made our trip unforgettable.We had the absolute best time and will definitely come back!!! Do not hesitate to book your stay here!"

"Island Time is the Right Time at Casa Marina! ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ My solo 4-day all-inclusive stay at Casa Marina was incredibly relaxing from the moment I arrived. The front desk staff gave me a very warm welcome, and while I waited for my room, the excursion team was super helpful in explaining all the available activities. The service here is truly top-notch. Harold handled my luggage and was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and my room attendant, Juliana, was wonderful and so nice! The all-inclusive setup is also perfect for large families, featuring three great restaurant options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. El Batey was definitely the most popular spot, and both the breakfast and dinner selections were excellent. I also loved the gift shop staff, who gave wonderful souvenir ideas, and the team at Bliss Spa Services was so welcoming and motivated—the sample massage I tried was fantastic! I do have a few constructive criticisms for management: the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint, and there are a couple of safety concerns, including a few busted steps and a missing handrail that should be fixed. Overall, I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for great food, amazing service, and a stress-free vacation. Like I heard someone say, “Island Time is the Right Time!”"

"The hotel was amazing. We were looking for a place to disconnect from the world and rest on a relaxing vacation. Senator was the place. Great food, clean rooms great views. If you are looking for an active night live inside the hotel this is not the place for you. Hotel night shows were not the greatest. I want to give a shout out to Julian server in the buffet in the mornings and lunch. The guy went above and beyond to make sure my party of 9 was taken care of."

"The resort was beautiful. unfortunately my visit was during the off-season pool repair, and other maintenance being completed. The hotel was able to move most of the pool activities to other parts of the resort such as dances, games and other. The staff was amazing, very friendly and quick to assist when needed. A travel friend was having issues with her Air Conditioning and maintenance was at her room within minutes to repair. The food was amazing, and the à la carte dinners were above expectations. The Blend was my favorite. The coffee shop was amazing as well, the worker named Sara could make your perfect cup of coffee and remember it for each time you stop in. The Ice coffee was unbelievably good! The Animation was full of energy, charisma and always smiling. They had a way to get you out of your comfort level and to try new things."

"The day I checked in the pool went closed for repairs, it is still closed. They provide the small pool of the next hotel. The repairs of the pool are very badly done. Once done it will bevgreat I am eure. Tha animation group was bad, very vad. It is unnecessary. The place is so good, nature, hotel, staff, food.. the animation group was noisy but inefficient. Not really taking care of guest, taking xare of themselves. So bad."
