We had a wonderful vacation! Our room was clean , the staff were pleasant & extremely conscientious to our needs . Being a self proclaimed’foodie’ I will say that the food was 10/10 and the presentation was top notch ! The bar served only top shelf liquors nothing watered down at all. There was nightly entertainment & dancing which we enjoyed very much . This resort was everything we had hoped for & more . The only thing lacking was a small ‘gift shop’ to purchase minor things such as aspirin, toothpaste & things of that nature , but we survived our stay even without !

What keeps me coming back is the incredible attention to detail from every single staff member. They’ve truly earned my business for life. Breakfast is excellent, and the activities are thoughtfully planned for guests of all interests. I enjoyed the gym, the pool, the dancing, and the evening events—they were absolutely incredible. The entire property is beautifully maintained and run with true professionalism. Everything about the experience is top-notch. I’d also like to personally acknowledge the staff members who made my stay especially memorable: Carmen, Candice, Matt, Carlos, Orlando, Gabi, Saul, Christian, Eddie, and Antonio.

The place is excellent, great food and friendly staff. Each staff members from the gardener, cleaning ladies, server to the concierge are so nice and ask always if we need anything, always greeting us. It was a small resort compare to Desire RM, but we had fun. Compared to RM, it was more older group guests and more friendlier at Pearl. One thing I had noticed though, guests had used Jacuzzi for more relaxing time than playtime. We enjoyed the beach but it wasnt private. The disco place was quiet, not a lot of guests were dancing, they had stayed more at the main bar or mingled at the jacuzzi. We loved our room, highly recommended the master suite. Overall, we love to come back but maybe few nights only!

While the property itself is fine, it basically felt like any other time share property. After paying resort prices, you will be pressured into buying one of their “Premium Memberships”. Once you let them know that you’re not interested in paying more for services that should be included in the rates charged, you will pretty much be on your own for pool and bar services while servers and pool attendants give great service to the “premium” members.. We won’t be returning.

This was our second time at the resort. Each time, we got an ocean view room. We could also see the pool from our room . The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. The staff goes out of their way to ensure everyone has a great time. The theme nights add some fun, too! The restaurants are great. I wish there was a snack option between 4:00 and dinner.
