The area around the hotel is packed with many activities to do. Many stores accept pesos or USD. You can literally walk to everything you need possible, even the marina and beach which is about a short 10 min walk. You can find any activities for all 24 hours in a day. Clubs and bars close around 4/5 AM. Many people try to sell activities such as ATV, snorkeling, sunset cruise etc... just try to find the cheapest possible because they are literally on every block.
