"Only stayed one night. Free airport shuttle was excellent! Driver waiting for me with my name printed on a sign. Had to go back to airport very early next day. It was too early for breakfast, so they provided a lunch box at no extra charge. Beautiful property. Great stay!"

They truly made the experience feel welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and there are an adequate amount of variety to choose from. "This is a great option if you need a place to sleep before a flight out of Quito. Very safe and there was a great restaurant very close with cheap meals. The front desk staff also helped us to arrange a taxi for very the early morning. I highly recommend."

"Good hotel, amenities are very good I stayed twice during my trip. I requested airport transfer and all was coordinated and on time. Housekeeping service good, room service 24 hours. Restaurants have good food Ecuadorian choices and a little bit of everything, wait staff was great. Over all a great experience and I loved the price for my reservations that was a reason why I booked with them and really met my expectations. I’ll be back to Hotel Finlandia. "
