「El hotel está ubicado literal dentro del aeropuerto lo cual facilita muchísimo el traslado de arribos internacionales o nacionales sin tener que moverte fuera del aeropuerto es súper seguro tranquilo y la Atencion del personal muy amable , llegué casi a las once de la noche y me atendieron en el restaurante para cenar muy amables hasta que terminé de cenar y siempre muy amables . Muy buen desayuno y completo 」

「I gave it five stars in each category because they were great in all of them, but it’s not your typical five star property because it’s not a fancy place. It was clean, comfortable (mattresses was okay but not super comfortable), and very inexpensive. I’d recommend to anyone who wanted a nice, clean and safe place to stay. If you want luxury, that’s not this, but I liked it and I’d stay there again in a minute. Super close to a mall and huge park as well as the soccer stadium and transportation....

「Absolutely unacceptable. After I had already checked in, unpacked, and completely settled into my room, the host informed me I had to move to a different one. I had to pack up all my belongings and move everything. It was an awful and completely unnecessary disruption that wasted my time and added a lot of stress. This shows a total lack of respect for guests.
