「1 roll of toilet paper? Really No paper towels or kitchen wash clothes or towels!!!! Beds were so uncomfortable 」

「The property has amazing views. There were 4 of us (adults), we found the bedrooms ok, but the bathroom had a problem, I think due to thin pipes in the building, the shower was leaking - so the floor around the shower cabin would have water. The lights did not work, and the hair dryer was broken, luckily one of us had one with her. The area is lovely, the flat is in the same building as the restaurant Al Prato, highly-rated one. We had a lovely time overall. 」

「Our stay at Atelier dell Artista was okay. The room was clean and in a good location. The main problem was the air conditioner didn’t work and we weren’t told until several hours after our arrival. The attitude of the host was, you shouldn’t need it anyway. We did need it, especially during the day. At night we had to sleep with the doors and window open. There was a coffee maker but no coffee and we couldn’t find a store nearby to buy some. 」

「The best view of the lake and surrounding mountains, and very peaceful and quiet. You need a car to go anywhere, no shops or restaurants near by. The property was as advertised. 」
