「We had problems with air conditioning and they told us nothing they could do about fixing it. Also we found cockroaches and had to leave and find new accommodation …. Would not recommend this place. Expedia was excellent at handling my issues but trying to deal with property owners was frustrating. They offers to move me to a less desirable location they won with no elevator and other non desirable options.」

「Good responsiveness overall. Nice quiet neighborhood but outside the center city (but able to commute into it by bus). The lofts 3 had an odd smell to it that lingered for the entire stay. Some difficulties figuring out the TV and streaming services. Air conditioning was very good though and quickly cooled the entire flat. More towels without fee would be appreciated.」

「Please consider higher quality bed sheets that are not scratchy. The aparment is clean, and orgainzed. VERY NOISY during night sleep hours with courtyard two bars full of people talking loudly plus loud noises from city workers emptying the three garbage bins below bedroom windows 3-5a every morning. Your add needs to share information abour bar and nightgly garbage removal noises, the main reasons I would not return. Unfornately we did not get much sleep.」

"it's a little outside of the city but everything you need is there. Giant shopping mall is just behind. Staffs were very nice, room is clean. They got a serious swimming pool like 50m, so remember to bring the swimming suit, won't regret it."
