「I liked the swimming pool, since there’s warm water and it has an indoor and outdoor pool, both are warm, the view is very nice and location is convenient. But in the hotel there’s no housekeeping to clean, you need to call and request for service.」

「After making a reservation on line using HOTELS.COM. When checking into the hotel they double charged me ( paid for the room via HOTELS.COM and when the hotel asked for the credit cards incidentals they also charge me for the room. When I brought the 2nd charge to the front desk attention the manager said there wasn't anything they could do . I left a voice message for the Dir. of Operation at the hotel but no one has returne my call after 2 days.」
