For a motel and for the location, great value

Out of all the "Motels" I've stayed at, this was the cleanest. No internet however. You can connect to the wifi but none of our phones or tablets got internet. If you're looking to crash in Newport at half the price, I would recommend Harbor Base Inn.

If you need a cheapish place to stay around the area then this is fine but not worth the price. Only have the bare minimum and during the entire day and night, it smelled like poop outside. As if they were cleaning out the septic or something

I have booked for two night stay. The room is clean, but smell bad, I don’t know if it’s because of the air conditioning or just old property. I have to check out early to move to another hotel for the second night.

Horrible experience: room was filthy and some of the furniture was damaged. Also, you have to press a buzzer or call a phone number to get into the front office, lol. Go elsewhere.

No one works front desk at night, slept in car

There was no one at the front desk after 11pm when I went to check in. So if your flight gets delayed and you arrive after 11pm you will not be able to get to your room, I slept in my car ugh
