「The room itself was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. However, the room lacked a full length mirror. This was a major inconvenience because we were attending a formal event. The outside property could use alot of curb appeal and attention. Truthfully, it was an eyesore and made us very nervous as we were driving in. 「This room was very dark. Not only were the walls painted a dark tone, but the lighting was not very bright. It had somewhat low ceilings as well and you couldn't really open the curtains if you wanted privacy, as it was directly to the parking lot and there were no sheers, so if you opened them then everyone walking by can see directly into your room. It would suggest sheers and lighter paint. The bath/shower area could use some work as well--new/better chaulking. Breakfast was ok and bed...

「We really loved our two nights day at Phil and Ann‘s. The rooms were clean. The air-conditioning worked great the staff was wonderful. The room was quite small but recently updated so everything was new. The beds were comfortable pillows were nice linens, spelt clean, and fresh. Love the little amenities on the property fire pits, basketball volleyball, badminton little putt putt, mini golf. We would definitely stay there again to enjoy a few days in Rhode Island.」
