「The room was awful. It was stained sheets and nasty blankets. They refused to accommodate my Disabled mom to a first floor room. They wouldn’t allow my 10 yr old daughter to eat free. The food was awful bacon and potato tastes rotten. The ac was dirty and whistled all night. The bathroom door didn’t close and doorknob was coming off door. Also they try to charge for everything but it’s not even clean or working condition. Staff is rude and not helpful to some and other super friendly. Worst...

They're building a movie theater on the other side of the ISD building. The outlet malls are very close. Some grass for pets. But no pet run and no pet waste area. 「The checkin process needs to be updated very much… is not possible that it took almost 45 minutes to complete the process and I was not informed that I had to make a deposit of basically the 75% of the night fee, and that fee will be reversed on my bak account in 3 days… I booked two rooms and one of them was not opening that was reported 2 times to the front desk and at the third time after 1 hour (extra) the room was changed.
