「Although the hotel locates at the other side of the river (city centre), it only took 15 mins walk through the bridges to the city centre. It is still very convenient and I can enjoy a quiet stay. Staff are helpful, nice and friendly, and speaks very good English and I found no difficult to communicate with them and got all the information I needed. 「Room very dark but clean and fresh. No staff, but helpful lady on the phone who helped us gain access to the hotel and room 30 minutes early. Slept very well, love bed and covers. Shower seemed to run out of hot water at shower time in the morning and the heating system isn't the easiest to comprehend. Hotel is in a great position to explore the wonderful city of Tours.」
