「The place was amazing, truly a gem. I enjoyed reading my book surrounded by nature. I booked the wrong dates. The team was extremely helpful in getting me reoriented and settled in. I appreciate the flexibility they offered. 」

「I didn't like the ice situation.. needed to come all the way down to the front desk and ask for ice... you then waited for the attendant to free up and go get a plastic grocery bag of ice.. maybe 4lbs of ice... I didn't like the parking situation.. they wanted to charge me for parking($35/nite) after my booking price included parking which they seemed to be unaware. After showing them pictures from the Expedia website they still proceeded to look into it.. not smooth」
