"This was, without question, one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had, especially for a property that claims to be five-star. From the start, there was a complete lack of organization and accountability. I booked multiple rooms, and the staff couldn’t even keep basic details straight. To make matters worse, I was later charged a “late checkout fee” despite checking out on time, clearly the result of their internal confusion, not anything I did. What’s most frustrating is that no one bothered to notify me or verify anything before applying the charge. For a hotel at this level, this kind of sloppy handling of guest accounts is unacceptable. Customer service was equally underwhelming, slow to respond, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility for obvious mistakes. A five-star hotel should deliver precision, professionalism, and respect for its guests. This place failed on all three. I would not stay here again and would strongly caution others to double-check their bills, because clearly, they don’t."

"The staff was efficient and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Good location just a few minutes from the airport. "

"Quick overnight and totally worth the premium price over a local "shuttle" hotel. The property is vintage, but we'll maintained."

"Main problem was the shuttle from the airport. Waited 2.5 hours...was told "Atrium" would be written on side of LaQinta shuttle bus which would come every hour. 2 LaQinta buses passed but no Atrium. Finally stopped next Laqinta driver and said do you go to Atrium? He said yes. "Where's the sign".."It's on the hood." I would have had to have been 8 ft. tall to look down at the hood! Very poor handling of that because I called and they wouldn't answer my call after I missed the first bus and waited another 1/2 hour. Imagine calling a hotel and they never call back and don't pick up while you're standing at the airport!!!"

"The room was clean and in a great location to the cruise ships but the area around the hotel is old and nothing close for dining. The front desk staff was nice but hard to understand and not very helpful. The bar was not open all day. The free breakfast was as expected, did the job. There was a lot of river party noise, that I did not mind but some might."
