  • This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. Lots of new, very tall buildings have made the Miami landscape a very popular site for photography!

Staff was great. Hotel was very noisy with very poor soundproofing between rooms and even floors. Rooms were dirty, especially the bathroom..disgusting. this was a flophouse experience.

As soon as you walk in the hotel smells like mold. Staff was polite but cleanliness needs improving. Our sheets were dirty, pillow cases had stains and there were hairs on the bathroom floor. The only thing that was great was the breakfast and shuttle service to and from the airport.

The staff went above and beyond to help me during my stay and that was the highlight. It is close to the airport. The room looked unfinished, there were no night stands or plugs. The bathroom looked half clean. It was not quite worth the price of the stay
