"We had a great stay at the Puro hotel. The room was spacious and the bathroom was stunning. I found the pillows a bit soft so I asked for a hard one (they put a card in the room advising you can do this!) and it was perfect. The staff were really polite and helpful. Would definitely stay at a Puro hotel again!"

"Hardly seen any staff apart from check in/out as room was outwith main reception building. Stay was hassle free, rooms were basic but very clean and ideal location just off the main square. Would stay again and recommend to others!"

"Great location, room was a bit tired but clean. We were never able to try the breakfast because all the trips had early collection before breakfast started at 7.00 am. Perhaps starting a bit earlier would facilitate tourists going out on organised trips. There was nowhere to have a coffee in the hotel so had to go out for that. Fortunately only there for a couple of days so we managed. "
