"Looks good but that covers the flaws. Bathroom leaks, not much cleaning, inedible and not fresh breakfast plus rude and unhelpful staff. Not worth the money. "

"Perfect location, excellent breakfast but the room really needs to be renovated. The lobby looks new and modern but definitely not the rest. Bed was comfortable but there's no power socket near the bed and everything is very old."

"The bed was comfy, the pillows were decent and the staff was nice. The location was fairly close but easier to get to things via a scooter or quick rideshare. The AC also worked well. The WiFi was unusably slow, you couldn't even stream music or use YouTube or any other app on the provided TV. If you plan to stay at the hotel at all, you'll need a decent mobile data package. The showers eventually get warm if you leave them on long enough, but never got hot. The breakfast was available and better my first day than second, but it would be easier to plan eating out instead. I wouldn't personally stay here again, but I was taken care of while there and the staff are honest. They accidentally double charged me for my stay, noticed it and ensured it was corrected prior to me leaving, which I much appreciated. "

"Polite staff who were happy to help at any time, and overall a neat and nice place to stay. Wifi connection did go out at times, but was otherwise stable and even excellent for the price of the stay. I highly recommend staying here :) There are plenty of shops and restaurants within 2km of the hotel, so there's always somewhere to go. "

"Staff was helpful and room was relatively clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to food and stores. The room did not have a window though and the transport from the airport mentioned in the description of the hotel does not exist. "
