「I would have given a better rating but my room had no curtains other than a thin white curtain. It was daytime by 4:30 and could not sleep any more. Informed the front desk in the morning and she said the rooms usually have curtains and did not know why mine did not have any. In any case it was a poor experience.」

「Delightful experience at Kazzhol. The room is spacious and even comes with 2 beautiful bathrooms, a terrace and our own treadmill! The breakfast buffet is also abundant with wide variety of good quality food with plenty of time and nice seatings to eat. Location is convenient with money exchange, shops, restaurants, parks, sightseeing places within walking distance. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, they answered our long list of inquiries. This hotel is so much better in person. One...

「Big rooms, decent breakfast however only 2 lifts serving the hotel and offices and one of them is very small. Overall was ok for a 1 night stay - i extended the checkout to 7pm but had to pay 2/3 the price of a full day stay which was not so appropriate.」

「The staff and location were great. There was a stream and cafe nearby, so it was perfect for a walk or a coffee break while soaking up the negative ions. There was a shopping mall and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, so it was convenient for shopping and eating. There is no elevator, so it may be difficult if you have a lot of suitcases.」
