We understand delays happen, but there was no communication or updates during the wait, which was frustrating after traveling and being exhausted. The room itself was disappointing, the carpet was in poor condition and looked worn out. Breakfast was also underwhelming; by 8 a.m., they were already out of waffle mix, which made it challenging with a 13-year-old ready to eat. For $250 a night, the overall experience was very underwhelming, and unfortunately, it’s not a place we would return to. "

"The property was very clean, the staff was both friendly and helpful. For an historic building, the rooms were larger than expected. They have a parking lot across the street that can accommodate a pickup truck or larger vehicle. It's only a few blocks from Whiskey Row too. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. "

Walls super thin could hear conversations of neighbors even at midnight, found long black hair on pillow, cable was widest channel I have ever seen, all old stuff and breakfast was non existent, we walked in and there was like nothing and it was 8:30 on a Sat am.
