「我們一家大小都很喜歡Seven Havens Residence，服務人員很親切，經理Julia給了我們很多的諮詢建議，司機ArSam也幫助我們附近地點交通的接送，對於初次來到龍目島的我們來說，非常的有助益，停留的期間恰是雨季，因為面海房的關係，半夜風雨挺大的。整體來說，景緻非常的棒，無邊際泳池非常的美，偶而出現的猴子很可愛，是個值得體驗的住宿地點。建議：熱水器的供水量要再調整。」

「Gorgeous hotel. Beautifully designed and a little oasis. Lovely charming staff. Rooms are spotless, minimalist and tasteful. We were in one of the bungalows and the indoor/outdoor bathroom was fabulous. The pool was great. Just big enough and a lovely design, warm, sunbeds and umbrellas around it, towels provided. 「Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol.」

「1.第一晚上入住,就聞到每顆枕頭有濃濃臭味,跟飯店反應只到換枕頭套子,換完枕頭套依然非常臭,後面好幾天都被臭醒. 2.有浴缸但沒有熱水,只有溫水,甚至是冷水,因為沒熱水所以泡澡也很不舒服. 3.小朋友遊戲區(設備老舊),游泳池,海邊風景都還不錯,海灘垃圾很多(有看到人在清理,只是還是很多垃圾) 4.飯店只提供免費飲水2瓶300cc水瓶,桌上1000cc水都是要而外付費. 整體感覺很不好,不會再去地2次」

「The resort has a nice swimming pool and the room is reasonably comfortable. The bed is very comfy. However, the open bathroom design has invited mosquitoes and big gekkos in the bathroom. Almost every afternoon the village next to us would burn their garbage resulting in heavy smog. The resort has only 16 villas so the only restaurant had very limited choices of food. We had to take a 20 minutes taxi ride to Senggigi for dinner almost every evening. But the staff were very nice and...
