"Room did not look like the advertised pictures. Walls were dirty, food left in the fridge, hair on the bathroom walls, an almost empty roll of toilet paper on the roll, the shampoo and conditioner left on the counter was spilled and dried all over the bottle and counter, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. "

"Room was nasty. I didn’t even want to shower because bathroom wasn’t clean, and wore shoes the whole time in my room because I was afraid to go barefoot. Glad I had a travel blanket in my car because sheets were dirty so I slept on top of my blanket. No coffee pot in room or lobby. Advertised continental breakfast-even had sign at front desk-said they discontinued that years ago and told me to go to Waffle House across the street. Were rude. Empty vending machines. Lobby area dirty. Parking lot on exit side of building not plowed from recent snowstorm, nor was sidewalk-dangerous. Would have canceled and gone elsewhere but it was late at night when I arrived and had been traveling all day and had early work interview. Will never stay there again. Hot Springs location 2 weeks before was great, which was why I had booked at Benton location when I had to return to AR from out of state to go to Benton area. Do not recommend Benton Rodeway Inn!!! "
