「Shiloh Dwellings did not show up for check in, did not answer calls or emails, and did not provide a code to enter the building. After a resident let me in, Shiloh Dwellings had not cleaned the property after the previous tenant (soiled underwear visible in trash, towels in piles in bath, etc). They refused a refund through Hotels.com citing policy though they were unable to live up to their own instructions for visitors.」

「The apartment was clean with all the amenities listed. My only pet peeve with the inside of the apartment was not having blackout curtains in the bedroom like in a hotel. For the apartment building it was lackluster which isn't a big deal. What was a deal breaker for ever going back was that the elevator and halls of the apartment building was filled with the stench of animal urine. 」

「V clean and convenient. Above a business and a bit isolated for a single Woman. I did feel Safe and secure when in the unit 」

「We were there for a track meet at Texas A&M. The location was close to the track, groceries, and restaurants. The property was very clean and well kepted.」
